Please contact us by email first to check our stock availability. We accept customer's order by email.
We accept bank transfer payment in Hong Kong if customers choose shipping by local mail. We will provide our bank account information to customers for making payment. Customers should provide payment evidence for our confirmation. We also accept cash on delivery if customers choose delivery by hand.
請客戶透過電郵與我們聯絡，查詢產品庫存及下單。
我們接受本地銀行轉賬，我們將提供銀行資料給客戶以支付貨款，請客戶提供付款證明以作本網站核對之用，核對完成後，我們把產品寄往客戶收貨地址。如客戶選擇面交貨品，我們也接受貨到付款。

We accept seeds return only, with reasons provided by customers, within 7 days of purchase. Sorry that we do not provide cuttings and seedings return.
我們只提供種子退貨服務，請於收貨日期起7天內提出退貨請求並給予原因。抱歉本網店不接受插條及幼苗退貨服務。
Do you ship to Hong Kong and to P.O. boxes?
能提供香港本地送貨服務及能寄往郵政信箱嗎?
For seeds, we’ll mail your package anywhere that can accept local deliveries through Hong Kong Post. We also ship seeds by hand at any MTR stations of West Rail Line in Hong Kong.
For cuttings and seedlings, due to products limitation, sorry that we cannot provide mailing services. We will ship them to customers by hand at any MTR stations of Hong Kong.
They are free of charge.
我們樂意提供免費本地運送產品的服務，只限於港鐵沿線交收 (種子只限西鐵線沿線)。種子亦可透過香港郵政服務寄往客戶收貨地址。
Do you accept oversees order?
能提供海外訂貨服務嗎?
For seeds, our shop will ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries. Customers should bear international shipping costs which quoted by Hong Kong Post Office. For cuttings or seedlings, sorry that we cannot provide shipping services due to products limitation.
因產品限制，插條及幼苗不適用於郵寄服務。本店只能提供種子的國際郵寄服務，請客戶提供有效的收貨地址，唯客戶需要承擔香港郵政提供的海外郵費。
